Larissa Kirpichnikov is the founder of InsightFocus and is an internationally experienced

• A registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)

• Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Australian Attorney-General’s Department

• Accredited mediator with National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS)

 

She has more than 25 years of experience working as a psychologist, mediator, corporate trainer, coach, company director, and independent board director both here and abroad. She has worked in corporate, government, not-for-profit, education, and private practice roles.
